Purchased a refrigerator it got delivered but never got off the truck .the guys measured first and realized that the refrigerator was to big.So we were told to come back and find something else, we did but couldn't find anything.we asked for a refund which was no problem until the secretary TRISH i think her name was told us that we would have to wait until the owner came in that day,but before leaving we asked could she give him a call just in case he was in the area so we wouldn't have to go right back.That call never came we had to call the next morning and she says oh the owner just came 10 minutes ago.we get there thinking we were picking up our full refund of $1125 cash..but not!!! We ended up $165.00 short because we had to pay the movers for coming out to bring it.Like I said it never came off the truck so why $165.00 we had to pay????? Bad Business can't patronize your own.theyll get you every time smh

First off everything is wayyyyyy over priced for used appliances! There’s new appliances from Home Depot Sears and Best Buy for the same price with a five year warranty would you rather get something used and get a 90 day warranty or pay the same price and get a five year warranty!! Like grandma always said you get what you pay for ! You quality things when you get Brand New out the box I would not recommend this place to anybody!! Don’t shop with them !!! DONT MY Aunt GOT A washer FROM THEM AFTER THE 90 days it broke down she’s outta of 300 that easy !! Be smart people get new things !! Their building is also ran down it looks like it’s a dope house if somebody has that much money why would the place where they keep appliances looks so disgusting on the inside it could be rats in there!! Got a refrigerator from them through my landlord tell me why the freezer didn’t work. The guy came out and fixed it. The freezer still didn’t work. They tried to bring a replacement. The guy who tried to replace it with a downgrade was very rude and told me that I had no choice, but to accept what they had brought I told them I would not accept it !!! I sent pictures of the replacement to my landlord. Had he told them to take both refrigerators and got a full refund? We ended up buying a real nice one with a five year warranty that works. !!!It was nothing like the one my landlord had brought!!we end up giving them there dirty stuff bk ! And got a refund I’m telling you don’t buy from them it’s a waste of time !!! Proof I don’t lie !!! Now we got brand new one from Lowe’s !!

I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer set about a year ago from here, and I'm so beyond happy with my purchase! Went to just get a replacement dryer for a basic older set I had because mine died on me after 10 years but couldn't pass up the price for this set. For what I paid for the set including delivery was cheaper than had I purchased just one piece of this set from a large chain store. Still had the manufacturer warranty active and also this store offers one as well. I've had no issues with this set at all. Staff was very nice to work with, no pushing to buy something you don't want or need. Large selection of all types of household appliances and affordable. I'll be returning to upgrade my refrigerator soon. If you have any doubt in buying used, don't at least not from The Plug, they're trustworthy and and stand behind their products they sale 100%.
