they basically cheated me out of some money confidently saying they could fix that computer and then strung me along for 3 weeks, when I went in today the guy kept cutting me off and being rude making excuses for the work not being done…

If I could give zero I would. Do not go here for assistance any electronics. An associate of mine went here for help and was told it could be fixed only to be strung along for 3 weeks and met with rude and dismissive behavior. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Do not give this place business. Absolutely no accountability or consideration for the customers wasted time.

The original owner has passed away a few years ago and reliable help has been difficult to come by. There are very few skilled technicians left yet the current owner has a new guy working on catching up with repairs. This will take time. My set has been there a couple months and it's hard to find some parts. That is beyond their control yet I saw a customer come in there and act a fool because parts were not available to fix his set. The technician who works there now said he's fed up with customers who don't have the sense to.understand the reality sometimes that parts can't be found . So many of the customers make this business not worth working in. Many other shops have thrown in the towel. It's not worth the stress and the employees are in poverty.

They have had my TV for over 6 months and still has not started working on it. While trying to check the status, they never answer the phone. I believe this is a scam!!! While there picking up my TV (still not working)the voicemail was being played with similar complaints. Bad business!!!

My tv has been there since August it is November and I haven’t received my tv just given the run around and when I call I go to voicemail but if I call off another number it goes thru seems as if they blocked my number went in Friday he gave me the same story he gave me 6 weeks ago after I had to pop up at the store told me his top worker was in Lithuania and I guess he is still there
