I had a wonderful experience with Marshall at V & C. He was very communicative. We went back-and-forth a couple times on the phone and he sent me photos of the appliance I wanted. I appreciate him being able to deliver and giving us aftercare advice/next steps on how to deal with the appliance. He is very direct and straightforward and professional, and his shop is very clean and the appliance was so so so clean. I will definitely be back for future needs.

I received my new washer on Saturday. It was delivered by Marshall and he did it solo. I used it immediately after running the machine threw a cleaning cycle of just bleach as suggested by him. I washed four loads that day. The machine looks brand new. I very much recommend V & C. I plan on returning to get another appliance in the future

Marshall was professional and direct, offering clear communication and expectations. He stopped at several points to ask if I understood the requirements for warranty as well as the total price for the dryer, delivery, and set up. When he arrived, set up was efficient, and he gave me some recommendations to better understand the product I purchased. On top of that, I got a high quality dryer at considerably less than what I would have paid at a larger chain! I highly recommend doing business at V&C Used Appliances! He knows what he’s doing!

I’ve used the machines a couple of times they worked very well on the washing machine. The control knob works in consistently. Marshall, who delivered this machine by himself and with my help got it down the stairs, said that he thought the control knob and the control panel may have been damaged in the move. It does function, but somewhat inconsistently. I sometimes have to operate it more than one time to get it to go to the desired setting.
