So glad I found ALD after our built-in oven died recently. Pricing was fantastic, shipping was lightning fast (especially considering it was freight) and the product is excellent. That’s not even the best part - the service is stellar! ALD and Brandon, thank you for taking such good care of us. Any question we had was answered within minutes. There was slight damage from shipping and Brandon promptly took care of it. A trim piece and some hardware was missing and Brandon offered to have it shipped out immediately to us (I ended up not wanting to bother him so I had GE send it directly under warranty which they did). Reach out to ALD if you need something and they will not let you down.

They have truly found a niche in the market, for a need of high-end appliances at affordable prices. I was able to outfit my entire new kitchen with Appliances from ALD, this included high-end Thermidor products, including a dishwasher, steam oven, drawer fridge, and warming drawer. I was even able to get a high-end range hood, and a very high-end monogram induction cooktop. ALD saved me over $20,000 compared to showroom prices. Most of the products I purchased were quoted to me from the high-end showroom at triple the cost. ALD also offers warranties on their higher end products, and can set you up with a repair if anything is needed. Brian and Brandon are extremely responsive When contacted. our experience, our experience going to their warehouse was not only fun, but you can tell they put a lot of effort into getting the best price for their customers by cutting out the middleman. Great seller. I purchased a Thermador refrigerator 3 months ago and everything went smoothly with delivery.
