My experience with Bright Furniture & Appliances was very disappointing. After purchasing a couch from them, we later decided to move out of state. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Sean, the owner, became rude and confrontational about the couches being moved before they were fully paid off.
What really bothered me was him coming to our house at odd hours asking where we were moving, where the couches would be located, and whether he was going to take them back or not. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I understand businesses have policies, but the way this was handled was completely unnecessary. When customers spend their hard earned money somewhere, they should be treated with respect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here.
