Columbus Bargain House Appliance and Parts

I understand that the appliances are used and I also know that you get a very very short warranty. However I purchased a washer and dryer from here and it worked phenomenally and because of that I came back and I purchased another washer and dryer once I moved... They bang the dryer on every single step for three floors of stairs instead of using the straps to carry it up and then shortly after 30 days the dryer stopped spinning. So I called and they advise you don't have any more warranty but will charge you $100 to come out and look at it..... My thoughts are I just paid you $700 and that's the second time I've done that and because I'm a repeat customer you're telling me you can't wave that fee.... I've learned my lesson and I will not be going back and I will not recommend them, I had recommended them so many times after my first set now I'm making it a point to say "hey do not go here" because although you pay a lot you don't get what you paid for. I could have bought a brand new $450 washer and a $400 dryer somewhere else and not have these problems. I don't like it here.
