Needed an affordable fridge fast. The 3-door frigidaire gallery model was clean and everything worked (in door water/ice) except all the lights on the display. It was a steal imo. They were very nice and helpful with the pickup. Within 3 days the temp was rising inside the fridge only. I called for a repair (no refunds, repair w/i 60 days), they came out and fixed it. While being fixed something happened to my ice maker. It stopped working. I called them back out to fix the issue considering it wasn't one before they came. They returned 2 more times until it was right. I didn't want to replace when I went back to look at others after the first attempt failed. I loved my new fridge. I realized I was buying used and needed patience with this purchase as long as they were willing to fix it. 60-day repair warranty is a bonus as well as pricing. I purchased a washer and dryer from this business in June 2025 for $430. From the beginning, the appliances did not work properly. The dryer smoked, burned my clothing, and eventually the motor went out. This created a serious safety concern in my home. I contacted the business multiple times and gave them opportunities to repair the appliances. Although they attempted repairs, the issues were never resolved. When I requested a refund or replacement, I was told there are “no refunds” and was advised to file a civil suit or contact the Attorney General. I tried to resolve this directly and respectfully for months. I am very disappointed with how this was handled and encourage others to ask detailed questions before purchasing.

Lucyy and the gentleman who came to deliver/install both our fridge and washer/dryer set were incredibly professional, fast, and friendly! I am very thankful they also went out of their way to get rid of our old appliances and for a good price. I will always use them for any and all needs that they offer! Thank you very much for the great experience and our new to us appliances! They work great 😄
