I highly recommend Guzman appliances and parts. I called Friday afternoon with an issue with the lock on my washing machine. I spoke to Edwin and he stated he would order the part and get back to me when it came in. The part came in around noon on Monday and Edwin had my washing machine repaired by 2pm Monday afternoon. Edwin and the gentleman who came with him were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Just had my LG washer fixed, it is 10 years old, wasn’t draining, water pump went bad. Edwin came out the very next day to fix it. He used original LG parts, which I definitely appreciate as they last longer. It’s working like new again! Very nice guy and knows what he’s doing. Also responds very quickly. Highly recommend!

I was referred to these guys by another service provider and they were fantastic—they came out the same day and walked me through their diagnostic and repair steps before performing the work, so I knew exactly what to expect. Great communication and fair pricing; they completed the work super fast and were very kind. Would love to have them out again for future repair needs.
