I contacted the seller on June 1st—clearly within the 30-day warranty window—to report the issue. The condition of the food proved the unit had actually failed days prior to my message.
The Impact on My Family:
We are a family of seven with five kids, and we rely heavily on this freezer to keep our household fed. Losing thousands of dollars worth of meat is a massive financial blow to a large family, and the seller’s complete lack of empathy makes the situation even worse.
The Issue:
Instead of honoring their agreement, the seller is playing games, acting completely unprofessional, and falsely claiming the warranty has expired. They are refusing to fix the issue or offer a refund, leaving me with a broken appliance and a ruined food supply.
