Roy is super helpful, professional, and reliable. Needed a stove last minute and he helped me find what I needed and was true to his word on prompt delivery. Reasonable pricing and delivery. Roy is great! Very responsive and easy to work with. When my washing machine died, I wanted to replace it with something solid and well built. Researching new washing machines, I found from reviews that most new appliances are cheaply made and only last a few years. I reached out to Roy to buy a used older washing machine. The one he sold me was an older machine that was built like a tank--exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, after a few washes I noticed a small leak. I called Roy, he came out immediately to repair it (at no charge). Roy determined it couldn't be fixed. He offered to refund my money or provide another machine of equal value. I accepted a second washing machine (also well built) and has been running great. Roy has very good prices and is a very down-to-earth guy. I will continue to use him when I need to repair or replace an appliance. Highly recommend.
