Their reviews are that good, because they are awesome! Very friendly, clean place. The staff were helpful and honest. Jordan was patient, and they even recommended a few other places to try before buying. We went to 3 other furniture places around Columbus and came back here. When we came back, we couldn’t decide between two recliner chairs. Jordan pointed out the back was broke in one of them, so we picked the other one. Great experience and we picked the right recliner. 5 plus stars and we will be back for a living room suit when we are ready!

I've shopped at Sweet Furniture on several occasions and I have received great prices and warm friendly service from management and the sales staff each time. I just purchased a very beautiful living room set. They have a large beautiful furniture selection for the entire household and I personal highly recommend them as a wonderful store to visit and to shop. My delivery was free. Frank C.

The salesman were amazing & had great energy. They assisted me with all my needs. I purchased a sectional, egg chair, and a dining room set, and they threw in a free matching rug. All of which I'm very pleased with. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the delivery was supposed to be free and I was charged $99 and when they delivered the furniture my door frame got messed up at my new apartment and ER maintenance had to come fix it on the weekend because I cannot lock my door.

1st time visitor. This place is really large. The selection of furniture is amazing! The store was very clean and organized well by categories. There's a lot to look at. They also offer financing, along with credit cards and cash. The owner and sales associate were friendly and helpful. Personable. We pulled the trigger and bought a living room set with a new coffee table. We had them deliver. Professional and courteous delivery personnel. Will patronize again when we need a new mattress and need frame!! Great customer service. It is 1 level, wheelchair friendly. Don't forget to visit the very back for their clearance selections! Cat wasn't included in delivery :)

Some of the furniture we purchased had to be delivered once it was shipped to the store. They delivered what they had and then delivered the missing pieces when it came in as they said. From the sales team to delivery, they did everything they needed to give me 100% satisfaction. I will absolutely shop at Sweet Furniture again for all my furniture needs.
