This store is huge! Prices are great! The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a nice selection of furniture and home décor. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this store.

Checked out the new Wayfair store at Polaris — the first one in Columbus, Ohio! The space is impressive: two floors packed with furniture, lighting, outdoor patio sets, tableware, decor, a flower shop, and a plant shop. Layout reminded me a bit of IKEA but on a smaller, more curated scale, with clear signage for Dining, Outdoor, Tableware, Rugs, and more. Loved the outdoor furniture displays with the umbrellas and the sunroom-style setup showing pieces against natural light. Lighting section had a huge wall of sconces and lamps to compare side by side. Escalators connect the two levels easily, and the store has a bright, modern feel throughout. Great addition to the area — 🛋️🪑

Cute store. The displays were nice, it put me in mind of ikea but they carry lots of name brands. The quality of products seemed high. The store is open and easy to navigate. It is large but not overwhelming. Lots of employees to help out and answer questions.

Wayfair’s new store is a great first look at an online retailer moving into physical retail. It feels spacious and impressive, with a wide variety of furniture and home items that make it easy to browse and compare styles in person. I also liked the idea of the discounts, and the store seems designed to attract bargain hunters as well as regular shoppers. With the amount of variety on display and the chance to find strong deals, it sounds like a place worth visiting if you want to see pieces up close before buying. There's a plenty of parking onsite.
