DO NOT SHOP HERE COMPLETE SCAM SOLD ME A USED SET FOR $700. AND THE WASHER WAS FAULTY DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THEN I CALL TO SEE ABOUT GETTING A REPLACEMENT ONE DELIVERED THE LADY MANAGER TELLS ME NO THAT SHE CANT SHE DOENST DELIVERER HOWEVER ON THE RECEIPT IT STATES THAT THEY DO. SHE LEAVES ME WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO RELOAD AND BRING THE MACHINE BACK. ONLY FOR THEM TO HOOK IT UP IN FRONT OF ME TO TEST IT. BASICALLY SAYING IM LYING ABOUT THE BROKEN MACHINE. They proceed to test the machine with no clothes in it. Says this machine is good! I lost it at this point. So they put a old sheet in there still to check to see if im being honest or not.I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT IVE WASTED TO MUCH TIME AS IS ON THIS PLACE I HAD TO SIT THERE FOR 2 HOURS WHILE THEY TEST BOTH OLD MACHINE AND THE NEW ONE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Just as a warning to all people reframe yourself from buying here. I bought a washer and dryer at the beginning of the year. Paid for the hookups and delivery. They came into the apartment and installed it. What I didn't know is the vent to the dryer never got the clamps to tighten the vent to the wall and dryer. They just put the vent tube and pinned it against the wall. Over 8 months I realized it and by then it was to late. The dryer was blowing lint back inside the bottom of the dryer. The lint got close to the heating element and caught fire. They had me call the extended warranty that came with it. The company is based out of New York. They mislead you and send someone out after paying the deductible. To only tell you in the end it's not covered. What took the company 20 seconds to take, but 14 days to rembursed you was not worth the headache. This place has done nothing to make it right for a mistake that they made. They will tell you they have never heard of that being the cause. Anybody that uses there brain will tell you it was the reason. Not knowing this and believing them I bought a second dryer from them. Not only did I pay 400.00 for a used dryer, but they got an additional 400.00 from me for the second. When you ask them for the claps to the dryer vent. There employees make comments that someone must have stolen them because no body can find them. That things tend to go missing in there building. Sounds pretty professional to say in front of a customer. I feel completely taken advantage of and I have learned my lesson. I will never use this place again.

Don’t buy appliances. Literally had issues since day one. They “Fixed” the issue and now the washer is broke again and out of warranty. My fault for buying used “good” appliances. Won’t make that mistake again. Smh. “We offer a 30 day warranty, that’s it unless you buy the 1 year manufacturer warranty at purchase, sorry”
