We've worked with Appliance Gallery on all of our custom homes over the last few years, and they've been a great partner throughout the process. They're transparent from the start, communicate well, and make it easy for our clients to understand their options without any pressure. Purchased a refrigerator with an ice/water feature that arrived broken. Installers stated that all was working when they installed….. Clearly it was not which was the reason for the return call. Troubleshooted things recommended and it was still not working. Asked to return fridge and have another one brought only to be told by our salesman Chuck that they did not have a return policy and that I would need to have a repair service come out to fix that they recommended. I was told that they could probably repair it quicker than it would take for them to order and for us to receive another one. I was told that I have a year warranty and that if it could not be repaired THEN they would assist us in getting another unit. Service person is now going to be on a 4th visit with absolutely no clue as to what is going on. We are now going on about a month from purchase of waiting and could have had the unit returned and replaced. I feel like the salesman Chuck on cared about completing the sale and once completed Appliance Gallery is out of it and it is us to us to get it all corrected and completed. We have not received one call to see if the situation has been resolved. Poor customer service after you purchase. I hate that we even stepped foot in the door after hearing good things about this company.

We had a very challenging appliance situation, and Dayton Appliance Gallery truly went above and beyond for us. When things became complicated, they didn’t back away — they stepped up. They went to bat for us in a big way, and we are incredibly grateful. This is a family-owned company, and you can absolutely feel the difference. The level of care, advocacy, and follow-through you receive here is something you simply don’t get from big-box stores or online purchases. When I say our situation was difficult, I mean truly difficult — and they made it right. They stood by us, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and ultimately made everything OK. We also want to recognize the outstanding installation team. The installers were top-notch professionals — clearly well trained and extremely conscientious about both the installation and the removal of our old refrigerator. Hats off to Rick and Kevin from Tisdel Distributors. Their professionalism and care really stood out. If you’re deciding where to buy appliances, I strongly recommend Dayton Appliance Gallery. it is so refreshing to go to a business that really understands their products. you don't know what you're going to get at a big box store but an appliance gallery these people are total professionals I couldn't be happier with the service we received and the products. at this point we have purchased a Bosch double oven and a Bosch dishwasher both of which came highly recommended by Appliance gallery. both products have been excellent. I plan to purchase all future appliances there.
