Alan, our salesperson, is honest, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. We have bought 4 appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer) from Alan at Big Sandy Superstore over the past couple of years. Every time Alan has been so helpful! We have used Big Sandy’s delivery service on some items, which is very handy. Smaller purchases, like today’s, come home with us immediately. We highly recommend going in today to see Alan!

We were impressed the Big Sandy at the Dayton Mall store. Massive selection. Richard and Travis were knowledgeable, but gave us room to look. In and out in 90 minutes with all of our needs met. Highly recommend!

Welcoming, friendly salespeople! Very happy with my speed queen washer, not many places sell them. The process to buy was easy, I got 5% off, 12m no interest payments. Will plan to return for future furniture and appliance needs, especially when my old dryer goes out to get the matching one!

Thanks to Aiden and the finance team my family will get to chill on a brand new, gorgeous, comfy, top-of-the-line sofa & recliner set that massages and heats during our relax and family hang time. I CANNOT WAIT!! He was a perfect gentleman and did a great job knowing when to lean in and when to stand by. Can't say enough about their efforts to help me afford what I fell in love with and sent me away with entries into a couple of give-a-ways and some freebies too! The pics won't do the set justice but I'm already daydreaming about its arrival!
