I bought a old dependable washer and dryer set several years ago and he delivered them and set them up for me. The dryer died after a 7 years. I bought a new Samsung dryer that didn't last 5 yrs. I still have that old washer still going strong. The only issues I've had with it was needing a new hose and the dial had a issue, I have to tear the rotator down and clean it of the fabric softener buildup. I hate these new H.E. w/d sets. I can't stand hair dirt, laudry product residue or stains on my clothes. These old washers and dryers are the best out there. I must've been lucky getting what I did compared to these reviews. My purchase was 2012.

There’s a reason they have a 2.5 star rating. I bought a refrigerator, got it home and it was bad. So Clarence came and replaced it with ANOTHER BAD refrigerator. Now he’s giving me the run around until my warranty was up so now he won’t replace it. TRASH BUSINESS DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE. Money wasted and lesson learned.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This place literally is horrible!!! I bought a washer and dryer for $250 total yes used yes ik it wasn’t gonna be in brand new condition but I didn’t get a washer and dryer set I thought I would for almost $300 the same day it was delivered after hooking it up n this man leave I do a load of laundry I realize instantly that the washer leaks! So I’m like ok I’ll call them in the morning put clothes in dryer and the dryer makes the loudest screeching metal grinding sound! I call and have not been able to get ahold of anyone it’s been over a month I’ve been up to the actual store and got the run around DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! It’s a 90 day warranty and I can see right now they are going to try to run me in circles till my warranty is up!

We paid the man over $100 for a used dryer and he gave us a ninety day warranty on it. It worked for three weeks and then one day it just stopped working. I called every three days and was told he would come fix it. I even went and spoke to him personally and after telling me about his health problems he said he would come fix it. He still hasn't fixed it and we have to go to the laundry mat. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON. Clarence is a thief and a liar!
