Used, 1999 Kenmore Washer, to be delivered and installed, no additional warranty beyond thirty days. Transaction total just shy of $450. Delievered & installed, old machine removed. Needed a longer drain hose so they'll come back next day. While cleaning up the dirty applicance (I really did think they'd wipe up the warehouse grime before delivering it, but hey) I noticed some gouges on the sides and lid. Deep. Bent metal. Something must have gone wrong. They made no indication of troubles installing so I was surprised. And concerned, because they had no reason to hide it. Life happens. Talked to the lady at the office. They'd get a longer drain hose attached so I could launder over the weekend and on Monday we'd get squared up. She indicated a different machine as a solution. I explained I really didn't want anymore problems or to see another one damaged, but that we did need to come to resolution because I would not have purchased a unit with that kind of damage. The next day a longer, drain hose was attached and we reiterated communications on Monday. Monday no call. Tuesday afternoon I left a message. After lunch on Wednesday I tried again. Spoke with the same lady. She could never answer any of my questions directly, offered me thirty dollars. Didn't seem to remember the details of the situation. She was very clearly distracted and unwilling to take the time to pay attention to wrap up matters. I have absolutely no faith that these folks will do the right thing here. Absolutely none. In hindsight the $500 I spent with them ($75 delivery fee btw) would have gone a long way toward a new washer purchased from Home Depot or where ever. Hindsight is 20-20.

Went here to get a washer and dryer due me and my family not having any for a year. They had pretty good deals for sets and non sets. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. They explained the warranty and appliances in an understanding and helpful way. The delivery drivers were very helpful as well. Kind and helped us get situated. 👍

Great store! I received a great washer and dryer for a fair price. I especially appreciate Brittany and Sarah helping advising me on the purchase and helping me measure to make sure everything with fit. The get an A+ from me!

Excellent experience purchasing washing machine and dryer from Brittany. Delivered the following day by two very hard working folks who got those heavy machines down steep old stairs to the basement. I’ve done at least a dozen loads of laundry and they’ve been great!
