Called about a water leak at refrigerator. He tried to diagnose it over the phone asking all kind of insignificant questions, he came up with something about the housing for water filter is cracked (over the phone) and said that will be hundreds to fix and he cant do the job. He wanted to sell me a used refrigerator. And thats not the 1st time he did that. Its not the same since mel passed away. Ralph is lazy. Anyway. I moved the refrigerator. I heard a hiss. All it was, was a pinhole in the water supply line that was ran under the refrigerator. I cut out the damaged hose section and spliced it back together $2 fix. If had just came out to look. Saved me some money, I was prepared to spend $150-250based on what he said but the point is he wouldnt even come to troubleshoot the job. The property was literally 4 blocks away from the shop
