ABC Warehouse

If I could give them zero stars I 100% would. The guy who carries out the stuff roughly set it to the ground damaging it. Got all the way home for it to be busted. Was able to get a replacement. I don't know there storage part of their warehouse conditions are, but the box it was in smelled worse than a dump and left my car smelling bad. I've been going here for so many years. Where I've got dozens of good products. But this last year shopping with them brought them from being my go to to being my never go to again. I will not be returning. And I suggest you go elsewhere.

Our expensive refrigerator sadly died. You wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to find black in stock. I called Greg in Toledo and he had the exact model and color I needed. Their crew had it delivered the next day! What was somewhat an emergency turned out all good in the end. Thank you Toledo ABC Warehouse! You saved the day.

I give the big guy yt guy who works in there 2 thumbs down. The way he talks to customers is terrible. I didnt like how I was greeted. I didn’t like how I was being followed throughout my time inside. I was Shopping for a washer and dryer (I regret even doing business with them) The man was not pleasant at all. When I received my washer and dryer they scratched the whole side of it. I called it in to tell them, the same salesman answered the phone & said “okay” to me like what am I supposed to do about it. I was very offended by it. I still haven’t heard from management abt my washer being scratched up from their worker

Never purchase from this location or any stores. I spent a significant amount of money on appliances and they went out in a year. Called the store and spoke to the manager Mike about servicing my appliances. He stated it was nothing he can do. Extremely unprofessional and the products go bad within a year. It’s not worth the trouble, I will strongly recommend to shop elsewhere. Not a reputable establishment.
