Third appliance we’ve bought from Durocher’s. We keep going back for the competitive pricing, fast delivery, exceptional customer service you get from the minute you walk into the store and their delivery teams that is top notch! Brandon and Derrick were so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable when delivering our fridge. They took great care to not hit the walls, scratch up the floors and communicated the whole time. When we are in the market again, I will go out of my way to request these two for the delivery as they were simply the best!

We bought several appliances here and needed some follow up help, long after the purchase.. However, our original sales person was no longer available. We were so fortunate appliance specialist, RICHARD RUSSELL stepped in and helped us. There was nothing in it for him, he is just a good guy. Ask for him if you are thinking of buying appliances. First, Durocher’s in Sylvania is an absolutely beautiful shopping experience, it’s worth the trip, to just walk through their store and see the awesome decor and great line of Appliances. Rick was our salesperson for most of our shopping experience. He was Great!! (This was our 2nd Purchase from Rick). We visited their showroom first and then communicated through phone and emails to seal the deal :). We live 45 minutes away. Rick worked with us to come up with the most affordable price for our LG Washer and Dryer and I must say we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Also, what really sealed the deal, is that Durocher’s have their own Delivery Crew. The delivery crew was great, they were very efficient, friendly and I can’t tell you what a relief that was!!
