Absolute garbage customer service. I ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered to door step. Left it in the box until contractor needed to install. It was out of 30 day window and they will do NOTHING for the fact that both top and bottom doors and back vent panel are smashed. Not my fault the contractors got delayed with labor shortages and illness and couldn’t get to appliances until now. I had spoken to management on the phone and they said they absolutely would take care of it and walked me through the claim process. Then I get an email saying “nope, they won’t do a thing.” Terrible customer service, terrible policies and complete liars telling me they would fix it and then wouldn’t. Never buy from them.
