Quality Appliances

I just purchased a washer and dryer from this place yesterday, the communication is horrible! I was told they would load up and deliver in 30 minutes and then when that time frame went by, I called to check and was told they were eating pizza and it would be around 3 pm now. I said okay to that, once they did arrive, he noticed the cord was too short and said that they would need to go grab the longer cord and could possibly put it together or wait until tomorrow (today now) , I received no phone calls , they aren't answering any phones , not responding to any text messages so I'm left with appliances I can't even use . They are just blantly ignoring me so I have no choice but to file a small claims suit which I am prepared to do. I have had a horrible experience thus far and have asked nicely to rectify this. If they just so happen to fix this issue, I will update my review but as of now, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, IM A SINGLE MOM OF 5 AND THEY DID NOT CARE . TRUST ME , DONT DO IT!!!

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and found myself in need of a washer .Got a washer 11 days before Christmas it has never worked I called Jeff( the owner) on the 16th of Dec . He nor his tech guy Alex has yet to come and check it out for repair or to replace completely. At the end of 30 days not returned a phone call I have made every call to Jeff .At the end of the 30 days Jeff has the nerve to tell me he will extend warranty for one more week. I sent him a video of washer with large Crack in drum per his request .Jeff blocked me and to this date has not returned a call or come to repair or replace the washer per our contract. I have a call into The BBB and will call 11 for action today .DO NOT DEAL WITH JEFF OR HIS BUISNESS UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE HIM $$$$ FOR NO REASON

I purchased a few appliances from Quality Resale when I moved to Toledo about a month ago. The fridge and washer I bought seem to be working just fine, which is great! However the dryer was DOA. No problem, I was told I had a 30 day warranty on these appliances. I called the store multiple times to try to get a replacement dryer delivered and each time was assured that I would be taken care of. However, I was never followed up with and having already called multiple times it became clear that in reality I would not be receiving a replacement dryer. I ended up purchasing a dryer from a different used appliance place in town which works great. So I think if you're considering purchasing from Quality Resale, you need to understand that you're rolling the dice. If you receive a unit that doesn't work, you're better off cutting your losses than trying to utilize the "warranty."

Bought washer&dryer from them approximately 1 year ago. They were used, but worked fine overall except 1 foot being stripped. But an employee that was friends with the owner took my number and used it for personal reasons, and didn’t stop messaging me til I reported him to the manager. Now 1 year later I do not need my washer&dryer anymore because I’m moving. I contacted this business asking if they wanted them back. They asked me what I wanted for them. I said $50 each but you’d have to pick them up. They said that sounds great but sure enough gave me a run around til they finally picked them up. But they never paid me! I tried contacting them threw email because talking to them gets me nowhere and the first I sent asking if they were interested in the unit they responded well to. But now they just ignore me. Had a friend go in the store because I couldn’t make a trip to the store and they lied to my friend saying I donated them. I NEVER once said it was a donation they just refuse to pay me a total of $100 for a working w&d. This is not a business I will ever recommend. They are very UNTRUSTWORTHY.
