Very poor service came in took the compressor apart told me the whole inot is bad be cause of fire burnt it up, said it would cost us 5000 out of pocket to replace our furnace and ac unit!!!

My hot water tank is leaking all over my basement floor from the top. It took 48 hours to get, what I thought was a appointment from a contractor from my warranty company. I was given a date and time via email. When I got a no show, I called the contractor's office and they said that they didn't have a person to send and that I was suppose to call them to request a date and time. Not at all in the conformation email from Choice did it say to do this. On appointment day, the vendor didn't show within the window of expectation. They called 25 minutes later saying that they're 30 away. I told them that was unacceptable. I asked Choice for another vendor.
