Crazy Appliance

Terrible experience. I just moved into a house, and I needed all appliances so I saw his business on Facebook. When I went in, he was nice, but very weird. When I was looking at a stove my wife came to look at the day before, his pitch to me was “she’ll call you big daddy if you buy this.” He said it several times. But I was gonna buy it already, it was just weird. So when they delivered it, two of the appliances didn’t come with power plugs. And my fridge was making a weird sound. They must’ve left it on its side. I told him about it and he reassured me things would be fixed. But I asked why didn’t you tell me I had to get power plugs for the stove and dryer? It took over a week for him to bring me power plugs. Then I found out the stove didn’t have a really important part. The gas regulator. So now I have to spend money out of my pocket to fix that. That’s after spending over $2000 for this stuff. Assuming they would function. And guess what, the washer i paid for, the water valve is broken and I have to replace that also. Because it leaks inside the top of the washer. And the cold water valve doesn’t work. So I have to replace the whole water valve. Ridiculous. Terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend going there. I should’ve just bought everything new.

After waiting long enough for things to have been made right. Things still have not been made right. I am now choosing to leave my honest review of Aaron, and his son Aaron. They cut contact with me, after owing thousands of dollars on appliances. Lie, after lie they have continuously made empty promises before ultimately blocking me entirely and stiffing me for over $10k. If you want to know what kind of people you are dealing with, this is it. Buyers beware! It has now been 6 months since I've posted my review. In these 6 months, I've had very little (essentially no contact with them) aside from them saying take the review down or you wont receive any of your money. I have all text messages, as well as a invoice that they have signed showing what is owed all the way up to them being on security cameras during all of this. If I am ever properly paid I will update/remove this review. As of now, they have no intention on making things right. They'd rather ignore the problem at hand and hope that it all goes away. Even going As far to block me from their Facebook business page after I left the same review as above. Aaron, if you would like to resolve the issue you have my number.
