Semach's Northside Appliance

Took my father-in-law there, and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. His electric oven is 40 yrs old, and his installation is an old custom slide in style. They knew exactly what to recommend, and will even send their installer assess, free if charge! He went to Lowe's first and bought one, but before they came out, they asked about his setup and it wasn't going to work, fortunately, so he cancelled. Big box sellers are ok for off the shelf offerings and they can be less expensive. But the customer service at local places like Semach's is second to none! Bought a dishwasher there, and the install was first class and the Bosch unit is flawless.

On January 13, my wife and I came into the store looking for a new washer and dryer. Spoke with Kevin. He didn't seem as if he was knowledgeable about the product. Didn't give us other options or details about the appliances we were looking at. Decided on the LG washer and dryer, but he was to call and see if the dryer was in stock. To date, we have not heard a word. Left our name and number with him. Very disappointed in the customer service and have gone elsewhere

The team greeted us as soon as we walked in and were eager to help( unlike our local big box store we had just left) we showed them the item we looked at there and they let us know they wouldn’t be able to match the pricing. The boss came up and offered his lowest with deliver, install and moving our old one to our basement. While it was higher than the others ticket price, the perks evened it right out. ANDDD they are able to deliver the next day???? (Vs the 26th for that big box store🙄🙄) The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. So happy to do business with a local family! Thank you all for an easy experience!
