Laly was very sweet and went above and beyond to help me. They only had one item left for what I was looking for which was a little dirty/damaged. She did EVERYTHING to make me happy from offering to check the next truck, ordering it for me or getting me a deal on this last one. So happy with her customer service and kindness! Karen was amazing💯🤩! She worked with us to find the perfect beds for my 4 year old daughter and my almost 3 year old son! The selection of beds was the best we found in the area. Everything was modern and stylish and I liked how the floor was bright unlike all the other stores in the surrounding area. Everything was clean and beautiful ♥️

Laly made our furniture buying experience so easy and enjoyable. From the beginning, she treated us with so much care, patience, and kindness. We came in to browse, and this was actually our second store of the day, so we can't speak to the quality of the merchandise, but the experience of browsing without pressure was awesome! The first store we went to had only one employee working and was set up in a warehouse style (open floor plan, stock piled up in the back of the space, bare decoration) and the guy had the radio blasting so loud and he hovered around us without saying anything. At Canales, we came in, the salesperson said hello, and then she left us alone to do our thing! No following is like we were criminals about to grab a couch and run out the door, no heavy-handed sales pitch, no forcing a connection with questions about family and jobs and lifestyle. She stopped by twice to see if we had questions, then she wandered off to take care of other customers. Very breezy, very relaxed. We did see some nice stuff, so we will b going back at some point.
