Bought an icebox and washer/dryer set from this place and it has been nothing but problems. They gave us a broken dryer and broken icebox the first time. Then thought bringing another broken icebox would somehow fix the issue. They kept saying they’d stand on their word and fix everything, but that never happened. We were supposed to get a new icebox, and instead they brought us some run-down replacement like we were supposed to just accept it. I came here for nice, working products — not broken ones. The dryer didn’t even last a full day and would randomly turn on by itself. Then they tried blaming us for it. The icebox literally sprayed ice and water at me. On top of all that, the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend going here at all.

🚩🛑 DO NOT GO HERE. They sold me junk! The dryer would start working on its own and the refrigerator attacked me with ice and water. This happened just a couple days after they delivered and hooked it all up. They'll try to give excuses as to why its your fault the stuff broke. Now I get to buy new stuff and hire an exterminator.

Nothing quite like spending your hard earned money just to unlock a side quest called “arguing with customer service.” 🫠 Bought a refrigerator. Thing exploded in 2 days like it had unresolved childhood trauma. Their solution? Debate club. Then they brought a “replacement” that looked like it survived a tornado, a custody battle, and 14 miles tied behind a pickup truck. 🚛💀 Then came the matching washer and dryer set… Except apparently “matching” means “two random appliances that barely function in the same zip code.” After enough arguing to qualify for legal experience, I finally got my refund on the fridge. But the lesson stands: Some companies smile real big while taking your money… then turn into Olympic gymnasts flipping excuses the second something goes wrong. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the blood pressure medication. Stay FAR away from businesses that treat customers like an inconvenience after the sale.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! They came out and fixed my dryer quickly and professionally. The technician was incredibly kind, respectful, patient, and super helpful the entire time. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He even took the time to clean my dryer out for me, which I really appreciated so much. It’s honestly hard to find people nowadays who care this much about their work and their customers. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Great communication, fair pricing, and overall just an amazing experience. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again for the 10/10 service.

I bought a stove right before thanksgiving from them and the manager said she would clean the stove and deliver it. I paid $360 for it and once I tried to use the oven it didn’t work. The stove was also filthy she never cleaned it. I called back and she sent out the technician. He opens up the stove and it’s full of roaches. He said the roaches were causing the issue so he cleaned it up and warned me it might happen again to call back if it does. I tried using the oven again this week and once again it didn’t work. I went back to ask to get a different stove or my money back and they said it’s past the warranty. So now I’m stuck with a non functional stove that’s infested with roaches. Do not recommend this place at all. On top of all that the guy there laughed in my face when I asked for my money back.
