8 years ago I would have a 5 star plus I’ve been going here for years knew the father but now I guess the daughter got greedy…. Had my washer for a week before calling and saying it will cost $250 to fix it and you don’t want to spend that…. So just come pick out a washer and we shall give you a deal…. Went down picked out washer lady said $200 but I thought it was not as big so we waited until the lady come back from her family emergency… same washer lady says $250? Same washer I was just quoted $200 for yesterday so I said it? Hey what’s going on why she say $250 now? She said I don’t know what happened yesterday and completely disregarded everything I just said l. Do you not remember stating I don’t want to spend $250 to fix this one and you said I don’t want to spend that amount…. Needless to say they got a free washer to fix because I go off word and if you said one thing one day but another the next? Not okay I’m a veteran I go off integrity. Call me a lair basically.

I just purchased my second appliance from Country Appliances Store, and I truly cannot say enough about how impressed I am with their service. From start to finish, it is clear that they take immense pride in what they do. They placed a huge emphasis on ensuring my complete customer satisfaction and making sure I felt well taken care of. GARBAGE. Bought a fridge the week after Christmas. Compressor out in 4 days . They “fixed” it and returned it back missing the back bottom panel. Then this last week compressor went out AGAIN. Tobey the “manager” promised she will make it right. Well Tobey is a liar. She hung up on my husband and immediately blocked us on Facebook. In fact. She makes it to where nobody can review publicly online. I had reservations about the whole thing, because the place is disgusting. But she was nice and made a good deal. There is a 30 day warranty for a reason. Because when it goes out on day 31, she’s off the hook. Absolutely disgusting company and person Do not spend your money here.
