They dont answer the phone number that is listed on their Facebook profile and the phone number on Google is out of service. We went the other day to look for appliances and they had a sign on the door that said " be back shortly" we waited almost 45 minutes and no one came. We tried calling both phone numbers and one was out of service and the other just kept ringing. I sent a message to the Facebook business chat four days ago and they still haven't even opened the message. Seriously do not recommend

On March 21st we went to the location on Penn to get a washer. We ended up getting a washer and dryer. We get them home and hooked up, the dryer doesn't work. They were already closed for the day so the following Saturday we take that dryer back and they exchange it for another one no where remotely the same as the first. Get home, that one didnt work either. Luckily they were still open so take that one back, get another one, get home, surprise surprise, IT DOESN'T WORK. So call and they tell us to bring it back and the one we wanted initially they would take to their other location and fix it and we could come get it today and if it still didnt work, they'd refund our money. Go to get the dryer today and they didnt take the correct one to their location to fix it and laughed about taking the wrong one. The person working at the store calling a woman named Tobey who said she personally fixed it although it was the incorrect one and was sure it worked although there was no way to check it since the outlets were different than the plug on the dryer. Unfortunately when the person working the store called them to find out where the dryer was we were supposed to have, they also found out they were possibly going to be without a job in the next day or so as well, highly unprofessional with customers standing there. Since there was no way to check this dryer considering the history of the last 4 weeks, we asked could we just get a refund considering we were told prior by someone named Ori? that if the one we initially wanted and bought wasn't fixed we'd definitely get our money back. The person working the store called this Tobey back and she was extremely rude on speakerphone saying how oh well they dont offer refunds and its their policy and hung up on their employee. Again, this wasn't even the dryer we bought in the first place and were expected to just take it, be happy, and hope that finally we get a working dryer. Never again will we go back nor recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. Absolutely unprofessional and dont even care their customer had to make FOUR trips an hour away because they cant sell working items.

They claim they have a 30 day warranty, because of this I bought a chrome range for $300. Took it to the house & plugged it in. A top burner came on & would not go off. Called them & they said no problem bring it back & they will give us our money back, if they do not have something that we like. When we got to the store they had several customers looking at their inventory. The manager said do you want your money back or will this one work. She said they just got it in and have to clean it. It was very dirty. It was chrome so we said it would work. They needed time to clean it and we said we could go eat and come back, so we did. The manager said it would be a comparable swap. We agreed to it. When we came back it was much cleaner and the female working said it was going to cost us and additional $100. That was not the agreement the manager made. I am now out a whole day with this bad range. Delivering it, installing it then removing it and bringing it back. I was asked to wait for them to finish cleaning the range. Now they have no customers in the store I am not allowed my money back &^ have to take a trashy stove that is a lower value then the one I paid for or give them another $100. The manager said the range that just came in would be a trade for the one that will not turn off, when other customers were present, but now the place is empty, I have to give them more $ or take a lower quality range that is not chrome which was what mattered. Now they say they do refunds if the appliance is defective or fix them. It has not been less then 24 hrs & the range will not turn off when pluged in. So obviously they never tested it. The girl working has said they do not buy any units. She also said they do not fix appliances they only sell them. They do not do not warranty them either as I have now found out. Law says if it is defective they have to give you back your money, but she is refusing to give back our money and said they do not repair them. They do not buy them or test them. So they pick up what people put to the curb, take them to their location and sell them. Their word is not good. When I looked at the trashy oven that she wanted me to take, I said I would rather my money back or you can fix the knob. She again said they do not fix them and they do not refund defaultive units. It was yesterday that we bought it and it does not work properly, the burner will not shut off when plugged in. This is majorly bad and if they plugged it in they would have known that it was defective. If they do not fix them how do they warranty them. When I said they needed to repair the knob or give us our mnoney back. She said we do not refund money on deffective appliances you need to leave my store I am calling the cops because you are threatening me. I said just give me my money back so I can leave. She said no you have to leave the store. We do not give refunds and you are kicked out of the store. 5 hrs ago I was told this oven for the oven that has a burner that will not turn off, by the manager or she would refund our money. She did not say I would have to give her more money for the other stove. She said it was a swap. Hours later when we came back and the customers are not there it is give us more money or I am calling the cops on you because we do not give back money. She said take this one or you don't get anything and we do not fix appliances we only sell them. I said they needed to fix the one that would not turn off and she again said we don't fix appliances they only sell them. So by her information they go around and pick up free appliances, if they are extremely dirty they clean them a little and sell them. They do not check to see if they work, just sell them. We drove from their location to edmond. This is the trash that was in the drawer and the paper towels used to clean it. This is how dirty the drawer was, 30 minutes of cleaning. Then this roach was crawling across the back of the range. The lady of the house wanted the range removed immediately. She was very upset by this. Roaches in the oven.

Helped me out in every way possible. Zack was really helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good deal on appliances. It's definitely worth checking this place out.
