Update. Was able to get exchanged for a different one. This one works great. Lady was super sweet and made sure this one worked before leaving store. I should have checked reviews before purchasing not after. I bought a washer got home set it up and started a load. Came back to check to see if done and found my floor flooded. Not only do I not have a working washer I paid $275 for i have a bigger problem now. In my opinion after checking reviews i feel this company doesnt fix the appliances they get in. Its like the just clean them to make them look good and set them out for someone who cant afford new at the time and is needing a dependable appliance. She does offer a 30 day warranty but Im nervous to get another one home and it not work.

The lady is nice that works there. However. I bought a refrigerator August 1st had a 30 day warranty low and behold at day 45 the dang thing quit working. So the nice lady said go ahead and come trade it sept 12th or so we went in hot the 2nd one and before Oct 15th this refrigerator was out as well. I'm just defeated at this point.

Bought a washer and paid $100 for delivery. It doesn't automatically go into spin mode, I have to manually do it and even then it only works sometimes. I've been trying to get the same load to properly wash and spin all day. The only option I was given was to return this washer and get another one and since I don't have a vehicle to transport it that would he another $200 in delivery fees. I am close to tears about this every day. I have regretted purchases in the past, but none like this.
