I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. On June 30, my wife and I went to Hahn Appliance to purchase a new dishwasher. The sales staff was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We agreed to wait two weeks for delivery and installation, with everything scheduled for July 10. The problem started on delivery day. My wife stayed home all day waiting for the installers while I was at work. Since I couldn't always answer my phone, we specifically provided my wife's phone number as an alternate contact. Instead of calling her, the delivery crew apparently decided they couldn't ring the doorbell because of a "dog." Here's the problem: we don't own a dog. Unless my cat suddenly became an intimidating guard animal, that excuse makes no sense. The next text I received simply said they had "moved on." My wife never saw a truck, never heard a knock, and never received a phone call. When I contacted the store, no one could explain why the alternate contact number was never called or why the crew apparently failed to verify they were even at the correct address. Instead, I was given excuses. After waiting two weeks, I was told I'd have to wait until Monday for another delivery attempt. No thanks. I'll install the dishwasher myself, save the installation fee, and take my wife out to dinner instead. My advice: If you need help choosing an appliance, Hahn's sales team is excellent. But if your purchase depends on their delivery and installation service, be prepared for poor communication and a complete unwillingness to accept responsibility when something goes wrong. Edit: I’m updating this to 5 star. Joshua is sales is amazing and saved a customer.

My dishwasher broke so I ordered one online from Hahn. It wasn't until after I purchased it and messaged their online center that they told me they didn't have any in stock and it would take 3 weeks to get one in. So I emailed today, 3 weeks later, asking for an update and they told me KitchenAid no longer makes that model and it would take 10 days to get a similar model in stock. It's ridiculous that I had to contact them both times for these updates so I cancelled my order. I went to Harry's in OKC instead and they are delivering a dishwasher tomorrow afternoon. Will not make that mistake again.

My experience with Hahn’s Appliances was extremely disappointing. After informing Hahn’s that the Safeware extended warranty I purchased for my Frigidaire induction range had never been properly registered—and that Safeware had no record of my warranty despite me having the original receipt—I expected understanding and a sincere effort to correct the mistake. Instead, I was met by Alan, the manager, with an aggressive and dismissive attitude. Rather than acknowledging Hahn’s error, both Alan and the salesman, Jerry, repeatedly emphasized that Hahn’s was “losing money” by helping me and that they “didn’t have to do this.” Hearing that as a paying customer was unacceptable. Hahn’s had already received my money for both the appliance and the warranty, yet I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favor by honoring what I had already purchased. Ultimately, Hahn’s took back the defective Frigidaire induction range, and I paid the difference to purchase a Bosch induction range. At no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge that this situation resulted from their mistake. What made this even more frustrating was being told that this warranty problem had affected many other customers and was supposedly caused by a “computer error.” I spent over 12 years writing software, and blaming the computer instead of accepting responsibility for a business process failure says a great deal about a company’s culture. Software doesn’t excuse a lack of accountability. Alan’s confrontational approach and complete lack of concern about how I was treated reflected poorly on Hahn’s management. Customer service starts with taking responsibility when mistakes happen, not making the customer feel guilty for expecting the company to honor its commitments. The only bright spot in this experience was the women at the customer service/payment desk. They were professional, competent, kind, and genuinely helpful. They deserve recognition for treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first negative experience with Hahn’s sales staff. I previously assumed it was an isolated incident, but after this experience, I no longer believe that. The sales team appears to lack the training and professionalism needed to properly serve customers. I will never do business with Hahn’s Appliances again, and I cannot recommend them based on the way I was treated. To see all the stars for ratings is difficult to believe the reviews are legit.

I would highly recommend going to either Lowe's or Home Depot to buy appliances, because they will take care of you after the sell. Hahn does not, had a new dishwasher delivered and they could not do the installation because needed outlet instead of hardwired. Installed outlet and connect unit never worked came up with a code. Called Hahn and they said they would not swap it out and if I wanted to return it there would be a restock fee. Wow what customer service on something they sold me. Never will go there again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We purchased a brand-new refrigerator from Hahn Appliances. From the moment we began using it, it was clear that the unit was not working properly. When we contacted Hahn Appliances to request an exchange for another refrigerator, we were surprised and disappointed when Allan (the store manager) told us that we could not exchange the unit, even though it was new and defective from the start. Furthermore, it was insinuated that it must be our fault! The nerve! For the record, we take extremely good care of our appliances! Instead, we were told we had to go through the manufacturer’s warranty process, rather than Hahn standing behind the product they sold us. PS: the technician has replaced three major components of the refrigerator and it’s still not functioning properly! The situation has now been ongoing for over six weeks since November, and we are still dealing with the issue. Throughout this process, the customer service has been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to work with us toward a reasonable solution. A refrigerator is a major purchase and an essential household appliance. When a brand-new unit does not function properly right out of the box, customers should not be left without support or forced into a prolonged warranty process. Unfortunately, Hahn Appliances has shown little concern for customer satisfaction or accountability. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Hahn Appliances and would advise others to proceed with caution before making a purchase.
