Hahn Appliance Warehouse Distribution Center

Frank's appliances definitely do not recommend. Take way too long to get part. Owner and son have attitude issues. Definitely do not recommend fixed dishwasher. When they left went to use it. It didn't work the right way. Flooded my kitchen. When pulled out it was rat poison that they left and didn't clean up. That was behind it. My dog ate it and got sick and then Put a igniter in my oven know I have gas leak when they left

I Wished I could give them a minus 5 because they treat customers so bad. Be very careful buying anything from. them I bought a 3200.00 refrigerator and thank goodness I bought the extended warranty because it is not even 2 years old and they had to fix it once and recently it quit again and the compressor went out and ruined all the food. The repair man said that it might take up to 3 weeks to get a compressor and that whirlpool has recalled the compressor I called Hahn appliance and was told that they have no loaners and no trade ins to upgrade also it was a good thing that I bought the extended warranty because it's only warranty for 30 days and I spent over 3200.00.what a joke company!!!

The don't close till 6pm. I arrived at 5 to pick up my fridge. Warehouse guy was not friendly. He was in a rush. Never smiled or welcomed us. Loaded fridge in truck more to my passenger side. Kinda slammed it into the front of my truck. Didn't need help but he did not offer to help strap down. Other places would have. Didn't damage it but was in a absolute hurry. Like he didn't even want to be there. And I was the only customer.

Came here after we made the purchase in their Hahn Applicance Warehouse. It was a smooth experience. The person that assist us was not talkative. He was succint, and he helped us immediately after we parked. We handed him the receipt and he got to work immediately to find our item, and take it inside our truck. Had a great experience!!
