I want to say that I gave a 5 Star rating to Joe's Maytag because Chad came to Our house last Friday to figure out why Our Maytag Washer was not getting cold water. He found the problem immediately and ordered the necessary part. He came back today 02/19/2026 and installed the part and got our Washing Machine back up and running. Both times Chad came to Our house he was Very Professional, Very Friendly and Very Helpful. Thanks Chad!!! Steve

Joe's Maytag has always done an amazing job whether it be service or sales. The very few times I've ever bought from a big box store I've always been disappointed. While you may pay just a tiny bit more, the result ends up being a bargain. We bought a new French door refrigerator and JC delivered and installed it today. JC did a great job keeping the area clean and working quickly while not damaging anything. This sounds like standard service but compared to most other places, this is exemplary. He made sure I understood how to change the filter and even purged some water from the line before the ice makers hooked up, which is beyond what I would expect. On top of all of this, JC even moved out our borrowed temporary fridge that we have been using for the last week when our main refrigerator died. I'm so thankful to have a local whirlpool sales and Service dealer in our town. I hope they around in another 15 to 20 years when it's time for a new one.
