Mr Appliance

We have used Mr. Appliance before, and service has been great. The most recent booking was a problem. We set an appointment, which was confirmed. The technician did not show, and there was no contact from the company. This is the first 'no show, no contact' I've experienced with a reputable company. We obtained a satisfactory repair from another company (which will be our repair provider moving forward).

I called these guys out to fix my dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Paid the $120 service fee for the guy to tell me that I needed to replace the drain port for almost $700 on a $450 dishwasher. Not only does the part cost $25 on Amazon; all it needed was to be unclogged. The guy never performed did the service. Definitely filing a report with BBB because they never did service; just came out to try and replace a part on a dishwasher that’s 14 months old. Sad part is the guy had his chair and sat in front of the dishwasher, did his diagnosis and never thought or made the attempt to unclog it. I thought it was a service call and not a replacement call. Crooks!
