I had a fantastic experience with Ted’s Appliances. I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from them at a really great price, honestly one of the best deals I found on used or refurbed units. After installation, I ran into a few minor issues, but this is where they really impressed me. Their team was responsive, professional, and proactive about getting everything fixed quickly. They even provided a loaner unit while my dryer was being repaired, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that not only offers great pricing on used or refurbished units but also stands behind their sales with excellent customer service. Ted’s Appliances absolutely does both. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer.

Recently dropped off my washer here, they repaired it for a fair price. When i got home it was leaking somewhere and I called back and spoke to Patrick. They sent someone over in 20 minutes. The machine was working properly I had just installed it incorrectly. Either way they came over to check it out and even leveled both my washer and dryer. Outstanding service and outstanding price. 10/10
