They have amazing selection and the sales process was made especially easy with the help of Richard! He showed us the ins and outs of multiple products all while being very kind and professional. I am loving my new couch from yellow tag. Mike and Martha were helpful and attentive throughout my buying process. The couch I chose has surround sound speakers and at first when plugged in there was no sound coming from them. Mike and Martha were so helpful In helping me troubleshoot and it turns out it was just the wrong voltage plugged into the speakers. Everything works beautifully, but they Definitely stuck by me to ensure my satisfaction. The quality is great and I have recommended Yellow tag to my friends and family.
