Some of their employees have no idea what they are talking about. Then I'm told on the phone drip edge is 4 dollars. Then charged 6.50 a price at the store. Then I tell the girl 28 and she rings me up for 10. This place has sunk to the bottom of the heap. I'd rather go to Lowes and buy it for 4 dollars. Thanks a bunch. Never coming here again

Recently purchased cedar pickets for $2.50 a piece for a bundle of 310. Had to go back and return 16 because they were unusable . Upon arrival8 to return the same cashier we had at purchase didn’t wanted to exchange for good boards but wanted to refund our money and makes us pay for single board prices which had originally been $2.99 and now we’re $3.25 3 days later. Would have been happy to pay the $2.99 like quoted at sale or even the Bundle price being we bought a bundle. Cashier Abigail was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Then manager did let us return original damaged 16 for original cost. Just left a bad taste. We were told they had a certain picket and then once paying and out in yard to load were told those pickets we were shown we not available and we couldn’t have the ones we paid for but can get the western red cedar not the Japanese cedar we drove from Tulsa to Muskogee for.We are happy w what we ended up w but there is definitely a lot of miscommunication between employees and management.
