Appliance Service Center

Our oven died while making cookies for our grandson. We called a couple places and they either did not do service anymore or couldn't get out till next week. I called ASC said they could come out the next day. Our service technician showed up with parts in hand. Half an hour later we were back to making cookies. Our grandson has a smile. Thanks ASC.

When your refrigerator goes out, you don’t want to hear that the first available appointment is in a week or 10 days. We were thrilled with the service we got from Appliance Service Center. Their technician was able to fit us in the very day we called. He was friendly and knowledgeable and affordable. We are going to send all my friends and clients to Appliance Service Center. These folks are AWESOME! They're willing to help-- whether to sell new or refurbished appliances OR advise on strategy (buy another or determine if it's worth repairing, AND to support those doing self-repairs (and help you find/buy parts). So many companies will smilingly shuffle you through whatever is best for THEIR bottom line, but genuine customer centered service is rare these days and the Appliance Service Center delivers, thanks Josh!

Excellent customer service - more than once! The owner allowed us to look around and provided advice/ suggestions tailored to our needs. A while after we got the appliances home and got good use out of them, we got a sock stuck in the pump. The owner worked on our washer on his day off- all covered under his warranty!!! The appliances are in great shape and there are many many choices. We will definitely recommend Appliance Service Center to all of our friends and family! We came from Klamath Falls and it was worth it.

Our washer died about a month to 2 months ago and we called these guys up. They were real helpful and even gave us some suggestions on checking a few things before having to replace. This is a family owned establishment and they were all super friendly and helpful. I liked the fact they didn't try to make a sale that they were genuinely caring and helpful. We would definitely do business again with them.
