I have a older refrigerator that quit cooling. I called and spoke to Allen about what my options were with repair or replace. He helped me decide what to do and over the weekend they came to fix it both Sat. and Sunday. Father's day weekend. I am glad to say that I have a functioning refrigerator now and the repair man (Nick) and the owner (Allen) are to be commended for their patience and time to help me through this situation. I would recommend them over again for any appliance needs.

My experience with this company has been very positive, I had a couple problems with my dryer and spoke with Alan. He was very kind and very professional and sent a technician right away. A few days ago we purchased a used dryer from Surgeon Family Appliance. Got it home and it worked great. Day two noticed that the timed dry was not working properly. We called and they sent a great tech to our home that day. He did a thorough diagnosis, ordered a part and was out again the following day. Exceptional service. They stand behind their warranty and are friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!!
