100% worthless service. I called trying to order a bidet seat, and the guy on the phone said "ok I need a model number." Offered 0 assistance in navigating Toto's models and options. I read the SKU from Toto's website, and he said it was a + when it wasn't. If I wanted literally 0 service I would have went to Home Depot or Amazon. This guy wasted the 15 minutes I was on hold.

Great to deal with in the showroom- Phone calls are never returned until the next day. Missing parts from their delivery warehouse and disrespectfully rushing the delivery. My client was not happy about the delivery guys inpatient attitude. My clients also are very upset with customer service. Their order over 30 thousand dolllars to be missing parts and mis treated items and they find it extremely hard to reach out to the sales rep. I wound advise another place. Great stuff but a job cannot be completed from one rushed item that the delivery driver oversaw or was never ordered bud to the inexperienced sales rep not knowing. Not pleased will take my business back to HomeDepot and other bathroom depots as I have been doing.
