I give a 5 star to the 2 ladies that work here but I bought a microwave from there for $30. I was told that if something was wrong with it, bring it back within 30 days. I brought it back within a week and a 1/2 because it was making a noise, it wasn't working correctly. They told me when I got there. That they would not refund me my money, that I would have to take another microwave. Mind you, it's the exact same microwave that I had just returned that they wanted to give me another of they have like 10 of the same exact microwaves so I'm a little frustrated that they just get to keep my money. They told me that I could call for a service request and put credit towards a service request. I'm a single mom of twin girls $,30 is a lot of money for me thats not ok to do to anyone!I was told if something was wrong in the first 30 days. To bring it back and I did with the receipt and was told that I could not have my money back that I could have $30 towards a service request, or another microwave of the exact same type...what the hell am i using a service request for what I have nothing from you guys. I'm so aggravated that they kept my money. This was my very first and last time using them and i wont ever ever go back there again ......$30 is that serious 😳

Used appliances that are over priced; like seriously; who wants to buy a USED chest freezer for $100 when lowes and home depot have them for $129, we made and offer to the owner guy if he can maybe possibly let us have the freezer for $80 and he said, sorry we don’t cut prices; we continue to look around the store and got a used AC unit for $75 when we got home and installed it the piece of garbage wasn’t cooling, they want to tell us sorry we bought it as is, so you selling things that don’t work? SCAMMERS….. I guess is our fault for trusting a stranger and a place that scams people

Needed my gas dryer fixed on a Saturday called them at 11am had someone here by 1:30 pm thought it was by belt but the motor went very nice and knowledgeable man seemed very experienced didn't have the part I needed due to not knowing the issue before opening it went back to the shop and grabbed the part that was needed and had it fixed by 2:30 pm

Ratty location and employees. Feels grimy and unprofessional. Deliveries are always late, if they happen at all. I was told that they deliver to rural areas only to be told later that they don't; only finding out after I wait for hours for them to show up to my house and they didn't. I had to call and ask what was going on as they never called me. They refunded me on my delivery fee, but I had to go back to get it, and had to pay my brother to haul our refrigerator for us instead. Also, I paid $25 for an extra 6-month warranty, which they would not refund even after they informed me later that they don't service rural areas. "Your warranty is still good because we will fix it still if you bring it back in on your own." Yikes! Our refrigerator however was decent in appearance and price. It was clean and seems to be running well, albeit a bit loud. Here's to hoping she keeps my food cold for a while! I am worried that it won't, all things considered. I will be going to Dave's Appliances next time, or saving up and buying new.
