Duggan's Service & Appliance

Our experience at Duggan’s has been positive to date. Our washing machine stopped draining the water. We began our search with a discussion of replace or repair. The washer and dryer were approaching 10 years of use. We opted to replace both washer and dryer. Where do we go to shop? A few years back we replaced a refrigerator. We looked at the big box stores, shopped online and decided to look at one more brick and mortar store, Duggan’s. The staff was great, they had what we wanted, a fair price, the color we wanted and free delivery. We talked about going to the box stores in our area this time; however, we remembered our experience with Duggan’s and decided to make them our first stop. We were greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly salesman, David. He asked enough questions to zero in on what we wanted. His first suggestion came with his reasons for liking the product: reliability, features that other brands didn’t have and again, free delivery. Our financial responsibilities with the plumbing and electrical materials for the final hook ups was also explained which we appreciated. There were no surprises. We are excited for delivery.

We bought a dishwasher from Duggan’s and had it installed. The delivery was as promised and very professional from the actual purchase and straight to the delivery. They kept us updated on when it was going to be delivered and even had a site on the app that showed you the delivery vans location.. no guessing when they would be arriving. The delivery guys were great! They installed the dishwasher and ran it through some tests to make sure everything was as it should be. They were very professional and explained things about the appliance that was very helpful. We bought this appliance at Duggans becouse we have heard good things about them including that they have their own repair service. We have bought from Lowe’s before but their service department is just terrible to deal with. For our future appliances they all will be coming from Duggans!

Everyone that I have dealt with at Duggans has been so very nice, kind, sweet and friendly to me. I called many times and asked so many questions and they didn't even mind. Victor delivered my new washer and dryer, he was so kind and very caring to me, the installation process was perfect. He ran it through on empty to make sure it worked before he left. In the future if I need an appliance I will be getting it from Duggans...

Friendly, fast, efficient service! Our salesperson, Ashley, was awesome. She was instrumental in getting our appliances installed before Christmas! The installers were great. They were very professional, knowlegable, efficient and friendly. Everything was installed and checked to make sure all appliances worked properly and cleaned up the area before they left. For friendly, fast, efficient service, I would highly recommend Dugan's. Plus the are local and price match!
