I find it confusing that I am expected to wait up to 7 business days for my card to be credited for a returned item, they didn’t have to wait 7 days to be paid for the item. Rules should be the same for all involved.

Putting stickers directly on top of books is asinine, can't peel them off. Do better, use a different system, something. Books ruined because of a price sticker.

Overall a horrid experience and we won't be back. No employees other than 2 cashiers. Had to load a very heavy item by myself. The line was long and actually more than halfway across the store. It took an hour to get through. During the long wait we needed a bathroom but weren't allowed to use theirs. I had to get in my car and drive to another store. The prices are just as high as anywhere else and the store is a mess. Not worth it ever again. The poor cashier was overwhelmed but still very pleasant. I hope he finds a better job soon.

I LOVE THIS STORE! Every time I come here, I find so many great books SUPER CHEAT! I always compare the prices to the books in my cart at different stores and Ollie’s ALWAYS has the best prices! If you’re a big reader like me, go to Ollies! The selection is amazing and you’ll save so much money! All of the books in this photo were bought from all Ollies! All LESS THAN $5 each!! Some as low as $1.99!!
