The staff members are accommodating and don't try to sell you unnecessary add-ons for your appliances. They are also able to order some appliances that they don't keep on the sales floor if they're not in stock. When they installed our dishwasher, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. If the prices look a little high, keep in mind included in the price covers installation as well as the hauling away of the old appliance. I will definitely be sure to keep them in mind for any future appliance purchases.

Fantastic experience with Mumma’s! Our old washer was smelling like burnt rubber. After calling several appliance repair companies, we were told that they could not service our machine. Then, we called Mumma’s. Within minutes, we knew what was wrong with the machine and that it wasn’t worth a repair attempt, sparing us the cost of a diagnostic visit. After talking through the pros and cons of several options, we were able to order a new washing machine over the phone. It was installed promptly! When the panel of the new unit was found to be malfunctioning, Mumma’s returned and fixed it the next business day. Fantastic business - appreciate your honesty and professionalism! Thank you!

This past summer our 40 year old Kenmore freezer was beginning to fail. We replaced all of our kitchen appliances from Mumma’s a few years back and decided to contact them for a replacement. We were on a family vacation when I contacted them, with a few days at home before leaving again. I explained the situation to Grace, they were able to expedite the process and have it delivered while we were home giving us peace of mind before leaving. Great customer service on their part. First time dealing with Mumma's, from the start I was looking for a new washing machine and then decided to get a dishwasher also. Grace helped throughout the whole process with me asking tons of questions. Definitely worth to check them out as they are family owned which is hard to come by anymore! Today was the dishwasher install and the guys were great! Was in/out quick as well. The washer machine will be coming as soon as it arrives! I would not think twice about ordering more of mine appliances through them!
