The only good thing I can say about this company is that they were very willing to accommodate my schedule. However the service was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The technician showed up in his personal beat up pickup truck, in a plain polo shirt with no indication that he was a technician; and with a lollipop in his mouth. Now I don’t care that he had the lollipop but he never introduced himself and did not take the lollipop out of his mouth to speak. He barely spoke English as it was so it was IMPOSSIBLE to understand him even without the lollipop. And when he was done with the lollipop he just threw it on the ground outside of my house and never picked it up. Technician also showed up an hour late with no notice- I had to call to get an ETA. This company is NEVER allowed back to my property

I am so thankful i found this appliance repair company. They came out the next day and fixed our refrigerator in a few minutes and it's working like new. They were easy to get a hold of, they actually answer the phone, no automated B's where your waiting for someone to hopefully call you back, they were very easy to talk to and explain our problem to, came out the next day and very polite. I will always call them for now on. We already were without a fridge for 2 weeks due to Sears appliance never showing up after the original diagnosis and part order so after already spending $500 + we were beyond fed up with the big names.
