Reading Used Appliances & Parts

I went in looking for a washer, and didn’t see one I liked that was available but ended up getting a dishwasher. I got a call later that the washer I had been looking at was not picked up so I could buy it after all. Kristina was so helpful in the store and on the phone. I had both appliances delivered and installed by RUA, and my old ones removed. So glad to have a working washer and dishwasher and will be going there for future appliance purchases!

I called searching for a hard to locate part. Although they didn't have it, Christina took the time to hear my concerns & went so far as to extend her service to search for the part herself. Mind you all the while knowing we wouldn't be able to do business together. She actually found a suitable replacement part & was forthcoming with the order information. Today not many companies extend themselves nor are truly Customer Service friendly. I didn't even do business here, yet they gave me the absolute BEST Customer Service one could hope for. They were knowledgeable, upfront, friendly & professional. Great Service, Great People. Thank you for going Above & Beyond, but just being decent people.

My go-to place for appliances for myself, my family, and my rentals. They're very nice and you can save a good amount. Plus they will deliver for a reasonable fee. Previous reviewers complained about the prayer - what do you expect from a business affiliated with the church? I'm not religious, but I can appreciate the gesture and move on. You can also politely decline.

The dryer I purchased was described as having "a few scratches" only. As you can you can see, there are more than a few scratches, some are rusty and there is also paint dripped on the dryer. The inside is stained blue and has some sort of residue. On top of this, the person who delivered and installed my device needed to borrow my tools and also asked if I would "Pray with him" before he left. He also left some religious literature. I ordered a dryer, not a religous service.
