This place deserves every bit of 5 stars. The prices were honestly shocking compared to the big box stores, and the customer service was even better. Jeannine went above and beyond to help us, answered all our questions, and made us feel valued from the moment we walked in. No pressure, no gimmicks, just great people and great deals. You can tell they truly care about their customers. We left happy and saved a ton of money. Highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by the prices and customer service here! We shopped around everywhere before coming in and nobody could touch their deals. Store manager Jeannine was amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right appliance without any pressure. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore, especially with prices this unbeatable. We’ll definitely be back and recommending this store to everyone we know!

Was in Charleston today for something else and my sister and I ended up purchasing her dream refrigerator at Appliances 4 Less. Hands down great customer service and great willingness work with us. Jeanine was wonderful and cheerful and I will definitely be coming back once I need appliances for these tiny homes we will be building

I'm a realtor. I have an out of town client who is looking for new appliances for his Airbnb. As I was shopping for a local appliances for him I came across this place. This appliance center had the exact same fridge as one I saw in Costco later that day. Costco had it for $3000 this place had it for $1400. These items are open box, floor models but have never been used and still have warranties. Definitely a great option.
