Worst customer service we have experienced. Have rescheduled our washer and dryer multiple times. Waited a week for service. Finally got the washer and dryer and the washer was broken. Now they told us that it would be fixed today in the morning, and we received an email later in the day stating that they can’t fix the mechanical issue until next week. Customer service was not helpful at all. When asking for a manager they put on us on hold until we eventually had to hang up. The issue is they have way to many orders and not enough workers to complete orders that are promised for that day.

Needed a new dishwasher washer, The super stores were trying the old bait and switch trick. While driving home on RT 61 not 10 minuites later and saw this company on RT 61 so I gave them a call. Spoke with Eric told him what I wanted he had it in stock at same price of super stores didn't need to ask to match. He took my info said it would be delivered and installed in 2 days on Thursday the 13th and it was. Great sales team, products, pricing and a very professional installer. Cleaned up and disposed of everything. Thanks for everything couldn't of waited 4 weeks for install. I will use them for all my appliance needs.

Honesty is important to me. I went to Wholesale Appliance Center and purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher along with the water hookup for the ice maker. They were delivered on the day that was specified when purchased, minus the water line. The day they were delivered, I notified the sales representative and informed her of the deficiency. She stated that a check would be cut and mailed immediately. After three weeks, I called again. Again prompt response was promised. After another three weeks, called again, and had to leave a voicemail. After waiting two more weeks, I drove to the store, and received my refund check. Too much effort was involved to get things resolved. I guess the store's "MO" is to delay hoping that I would forget. It it sad they chose to operate this way .
