Appliance Home Store

I wouldn't recommend this appliance store to anyone. I called for a price on a dishwasher and was quoted one amount, but when I went to pay for it, the price jumped from $599 to $749—and that wasn't even including taxes yet. When I asked to speak to a manager, the salesman became rude and caught an attitude. I just don't understand how you can work in an appliance store all day and not know the prices of the products you are selling. I ended up going to Lowe's, where I got much better customer service and a great product.

An appalling service and installation. It's been a few months since I reported to BBB for a complaint "Aaron" quickly resolved it fortunately but it had to be elevated to the BBB beforehand. I started with a microwave. So I proceeded with a dishwasher because I was fooled by the good reviews. The dishwasher installation was horrifying with jagged edges and crooked enough to make you dizzy. Today the owner of the house arrived to find the microwave not installed correctly either but I was not trained for that so it went unnoticed. The owner called and asked if it could be fixed. Aaron refused because I made a prior complaint. According to this business, the customer is never right and protects the sloppy technician as well. So not recommended at all. Lowe's has better quality and installation services. There you go Aaron, you're dumb refusal to fix the problem got me to spill the beans. !!

Yesterday was the first time I've ever stepped foot in Appliance Home Store. I went there because the location was convenient and I thought they would have what I was looking for. As soon as I arrived, Dale immediately helped me in a zero pressure way. Prices were comparable to local appliance stores but the excellent customer service and having appliances available immediately made them more appealing than their competitors. I ordered a washing machine at 10am and it was in my home, completely set up, by 2pm same day. Other stores couldn't even get me that washing machine for two months. I will definitely be returning to Appliance Home Store in the future.
