Jeffers McGill Appliance

Jeffers-McGill has been an established company in Columbia since I was a little girl, and I am 65 years old. They are competitive with their pricing, extremely helpful with their service, and sell high quality products. We won't be going anywhere else for our appliances from now on, and actually plan to return this week to buy a refrigerator. Can't recommend highly enough.

I walked in to compare their price vs the big box stores(L and HD) on a new washer. I was provided a price quote immediately that was lower than the other places. Furthermore, the washer was in stock and available for delivery the very next day free of charge. The other places charge $59 for next day delivery! The sales associate was very polite, provided all of the information that I needed very promptly, and took care of the sales and scheduling in 10 minutes. The delivery was actually ahead of schedule and the guys were in and out in no time at all. The install was quick and professional. What more can you ask for? I am so glad that I stopped by Jeffers McGill before making the mistake of purchasing at one of those other places!

Fantastic buying experience. Everyone in the store knew more about the products they stock than any big box store employees ever have (in my experience). Ryan Thompson was a great rep/salesman. I told him what I thought I was looking for, he walked me through the pros/cons and as much technical knowledge as I cared for and ended up guiding me to a different washing machine than I was initially interested in. Their pricing was better than the big box stores by almost 10%. Delivery was quickly scheduled and the delivery team were personable, kind and really efficient. washing machine is leveled properly and I have total confidence in it and the install. Will definitely look to purchase appliances from Ryan and Jeffers McGill again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family!
